- Description
- The purpose of this project is to provide a modular kitchen addition, modular dishwasher facility addition, kitchen appliances/equipment, and loading dock for an existing dining hall. Supporting facilities include electrical, water, sewer, natural gas, communications, storm sewer, fire protection, site prep, paving, grading, erosion control, and landscaping. The dining facility must support feeding three meals a day (full menu) to 1500 soldiers. The modular facility additions and supporting facilities must be complete with all required equipment no later than 31 August 2011. Approximate footprint is 10,000 SF. MAGNITUDE OF WORK is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This acquisition is a 100% HUBZone Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. The Contractor must be register in DOD Central contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of this solicitation. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet. No CD-ROMs or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Offerors must be registered in the CCR and at the Federal Business Opportunity Homepage (www.fbo.gov) in order to view or download the solicitation documents. It is the responsibility of Offerors to monitor the website for notices and amendments. The solicitation will be posted on or about 17 Mar 2011 with proposals due on or about 7 Apr 2011. A Question & Answer period will be conducted from 21 Mar 2011 to 1 Apr 2011.
