Description

Sole Source J&A Bobcats SYNOPSIS SYNOPSIS BOBCAT SKID STEER LOADERS W/ATTACHMENTS This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Vendors must bid on all items listed in the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to make award on an "all or none" basis. Vendors must quote brand name. SEE BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION AND APPROVAL. Items must be BRAND NEW; no remanufactured or refurbished items accepted. Bid/offer MUST be good for 45 calendar days after submission. Agencies must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) ( www.ccr.gov ). Interested Afghan vendors must be registered in the Joint Contracting and Contingency Services Web portal (JCCS) (www.jccs.gov). Offerors are reminded to complete and return with their quotes, all required certifications contained in this solicitation. All offerors wishing to do business with the Government other than Afghan vendors must possess a valid DUNS number and Cage Code and must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Prices must include shipping/delivery costs to Fort Bragg, NC. The delivery address is provided below: 3 rd SFG (A) SSA ATTN: CJSOTF-A PBO SUSTAINMENT RD, BLDG H-5786 FT. BRAGG, NC 28310 Prior to submitting offers, Offerors must ensure they review and acknowledge the terms, provisions, and conditions in the accompanying attachment, SF 1449 Solicitation W91B4N-11-T-5004 and any follow-on amendments.
