- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Afghanistan Engineer District-North intends to solicit construction firms as prime contractors experienced in working in Afghanistan and is interested in submitting a firm-fixed price offer for this project. The project consists of the design and construction of an ANA Garrison for the Afghanistan National Army (ANA) in Deh Yak District, Ghazni Province, Afghanistan. The project is defined as the design, material, labor, and equipment to construct buildings, parking, utilities and other infrastructure for a design population of approximately 3,100 personnel. The estimated price range is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. The solicitation is scheduled for release on or about 6 April 2011.
