- Request for Information (RFI) Backgound: The office of Special Trustee for American Indians (OST) is responsible for accurately managing approximately 351,366 Individual Indian Money (IIM) accounts. The National Business Center on behalf of the Office of Special Trustee is seeking information from companies to determine the best Internet access options available in providing beneficiaries Internet access.This RFI is issued solely for the purpose of acquiring information and does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals. This RFI does not commit the Government to pay costs for the preparation and submission of information. Requirement Of the 351,336 IIM account s approximately 24,000 beneficiaries' would utilize the Internet to access their IIM account information. General requirements 1.View and print IIM account balances.2.View, print, and download IIM account transactions for the last 18 months. 3.View and print IIM accountholder current trust asset information, such as trust land ownership and related encumbrances. 4.View and print following IIM account profile information: -Account address.-Account email address.-Account telephone phone number(s).-Account social security number.-Account ID number.-Account Land Area Code.-OST Fiduciary Trust Officer contact information. 5.Online self registration and authentication. 6.Email customer support. 7.Modify enhanced security questions settings.8.Help screens for each page. 9.Online user guide.10.News flash / announcements. Additional requirements that are optional and may be desired in the future are as follows: 1.Reset password feature.2.Modify account profile information.3.Customizable Alerts for deposits and transactions.4.View, print, and download account statements that are issued quarterly. Responses to this RFI must be submitted electronically to Timothy_B_Bertsch@nbc.gov on later than 5pm (MDT) April 11, 2011. Only electronic responses will be accepted. A response to this RFI will not be viewed as a binding commitment to develop or pursue the requirement.The following information must be included on the response.
