THIS NOTICE IS BEING PLACED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY - THIS NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE PRIME CONTRACTOR UNDER THE RECOVERY-GS-09P-09-KTC-0065. GSA'S, Pacific Rim Region, Public Building Service, Design & Construction Division intends to issue a bi-lateral modification for the Construction Phase Services portion of the work, for the project located at 50 United Nations Plaza, San Francisco, Ca. This modification will provide project design enhancements in order to meet high performance workplace goals as well as historic preservation goals. This modification is valued at $5,598,561.00. This work will be solely funded under the ARRA of 2009. All reporting requirements from the Contractor are mandated per the Act. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICE OR TECHNICAL PROPOSALS.
