- Description
- The Federal Highway (FHWA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Transportation Research Board (TRB) for a Co-Sponsorship to host the 8th International Conference on Managing Pavement Assets (ICMPA8) being held on November 15-19, 2011 in Santiago, Chile The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the total estimated value is not to exceed $20,000; the anticipated award date is March 31, 2011.
