Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-11-Q-0285 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49, Defense Circular Number 20110214 and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2011-0214. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 423610. All materials, labor, tools, and transportation needed to furnish the following Lightning protection materials: 0001- Round Tapered Steel pole, 1 piece, wood pole equivalent grade B construction with galvanized finish. 50 foot class 2 galvanized pole 4 (EA). 0002- Round Tapered Steel pole, 1 piece, wood pole equivalent grade B construction with galvanized finish. 45 foot class 2 galvanized pole 12 (EA). 0003- Freight Charge please ship flatbed truck for side unload Please include shipping and handling into your quote if necessary. Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1PT7D - 355 CES/CEOS, BLDG 5309, 3791 S.THIRD St. DAVIS-MONTHAN AFB, AZ 85707; The provision at 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, applies to this acquisition.
