- IQC11077009030, NSN: 4010-00-929-0041, Wire Rope, used on the 01F Minuteman Missile III, 02F Phantom F-4 Aircraft, 03F AIM Sidewinder Missile, 04F Stratofortress B-52 Aircraft, 05F Aircraft. This NSN is manufactured in accordance with the Qualified Producers List for M83420/4-001; Type II; COMP B; NOM DIA 3/64; CONST 7x7; DIA A OD JACKET 1/16; LENGTH P/REEL 1000 FT. The QPL Approved source is LOOS & CO INC 59157. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full & Open Competition IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Ins pection/Acceptance is at Destination, FOB at Destination. Critical Application Item, Higher Level Quality System (ISO9000) required, Measurement/Test Equipment required. Requested delivery is in 30 Days. This NSN is not coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and 4 option years. Solicited Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 180,000 FT for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 45,000 FT and applies to the base year only. The following quantities apply to the base and option years: Minimum Stock Delivery Order 45,000 FT, Maximum Stock Delivery Order 180,000 FT, and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity 360,000 FT. Surge & Sustainment is not required for this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated solicitation open date is 4/06/2011.
