- The purpose of this public announcement is as follows: 1. The Government hereby provides Amendment No. 3 to the subject Request for Offer (RFO) consisting of the following documents: a. Crosswalk of changes per Amendment 3. b. ASSC RFO Sections B-H, J, L and M. Note: The Past Performance Questionnaire has been superseded by a new questionnaire. However, the old version is grandfathered and both versions of the questionnaire are acceptable. c. Questions and Answers (Q&As) dated March 22, 2011. In accordance with Amendment No. 3, L.3, proposals submitted in response to this RFO must be received by 3:00pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST), April 11, 2011 at the address provided therein. Amendment 4 will be posted in the near future to include an option CLIN to support a requirement for the deployment of up to 50 additional ASSC systems without multilateration capabilities. ASSC surveillance data for these systems would be provided solely by the Surveillance and Broadcast Services system inputs. 2.ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS RFO REMAIN UNCHANGES EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE NOTED ABOVE.
