- NAVSEA, Indian Head Md intends to issue a sole source purchase award contract to Field Forensics, Inc. The procurement consists of Lighweight Modular EOD Response Packs. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NIACS) code is 334511. The FSC code is 1385. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22.
