- The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Houston, Texas that will be expiring. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Houston Delineated Area: North- From the intersection of Belfort Ave. & Telephone Rd. easterly direction to the intersection of Belfort Ave and Gulf Freeway. East- From the intersection of Belfort Ave. & Gulf Freeway southbound to the intersection of Gulf Freeway and Almeda-Genoa Rd. South- From the intersection of Gulf Freeway and Almeda-Genoa Rd. w estbound to the intersection of Almeda-Genoa Rd and Telephone Rd. West- From the intersection of Almeda-Genoa Rd & Telephone Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,944 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,944 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: Additional Requirements: The space shall consist of approximately 4,535 rentable square feet or 3,944 usable square feet of office space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain. Indicate whether or not quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvement and state the amount, if any; - Date of space availability; - Method of rentable space measurement; - Building ownership information; - Amount of parking available on site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rates include the cost of the required Government parking, if any; - Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; and - List of building services provided.
