- U.S. Flag Carrier Shipment Requirements Public Release of Information Past Performance Questionnaire Omnibus Certification Pamphlet Baghdad RFP Anticipated work includes: Design and construction of a three (3) story classified annex with structural connections to the Chancery. The annex is comprised of offices and associated workspaces and storage, data processing racks and computer lab facilities, extensive Mechanical and HVAC work, elevated walkway connection from this facility into the Chancery and roof-top mechanical assemblies. As the Embassy power grid is planned for enhancement, the annex and the support facility will require an adaptable power plan and infrastructure approach meaning that they need to be operational both on generator and main Embassy power plant electricity on a day to day basis. Design and construction of an un-manned operational support facility with associated HVAC and mechanical elements provided for data rack assemblies and operation of a roof mounted antenna for the annex is also required along with the accompanying integration from that facility to the functional areas of the annex. Work is on an operating embassy compound. Approximate Annex size and support facility: 3,600 gsm. Estimated design-build cost: $35 - 47 million. ********** SEE ATTACHED **********
