Delivery: *12 Months *ARO Contract, 12.00 Duration of Contract Period: To be negotiated Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the WorldTrade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free TradeAgreement. This amendment changes quantity, NSN and Part Numbers All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, orquotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Description: The Air Force Logistics Center (OO-ALC'GSHKA) plans tocontract sole source with either FLIR Systems, 25 Esquire Rd, N.,Billerica, MA 01862 or DRS ICAS, LLC, 485 Cayuga Rd, Buffalo, NY 14225-1309 to purchase IRCamera Kits, PN: 22137-200 or 1026-6430-1 in support of the AN/TPT-T1(V) Unmanned Threat Emitter (UMTE) Program. Under the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.301-1(a)(2), FLIR Systems and DRS ICAS possess the unique proprietaryengineering data, technical memos, and other documentation necessary to meet thegovernment's needs for this IR Camera requirement. The government does not possess the proprietary data required to competethis acquisition. FLIR Systems is the original designer and manufacturer of the IR Cameraand DRS ICAS supports the overall AN/TPT-T1(V) Unmanned Threat Emitter(UMTE) System. FLIR Systems and DRS ICAS are the only fully qualified and approvedsources of supply for this item. The government reserves the right toaward a contract at the time specified for award, to a qualified source even though othersources may have not finished qualifying.
