All small business concerns (SB, 8(a), SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, VOSB and SDVOSB) capable of performing the requirement indicated below are encouraged to respond to this notice. NIST will work collaboratively under NSTIC with the private sector, advocacy groups, public sector agencies, and other organizations to improve the privacy, security, and convenience of sensitive online transactions. NIST seeks to identify sources with the capability to assist it in its NSTIC role. Details on the NSTIC are available at http://www.nist.gov/nstic/. NIST anticipates the subsequent award of an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract for a base period of one year, and four, one-year option periods. Sources that have the ability to provide this support are asked to respond to this notice with a corporate capability statement of a maximum of ten (10) pages to provide a clear and complete narrative of current capabilities to meet the requirements as detailed above.
