- 'Questions and Answers' document Modified solicitation extending the response date to March 29, 2011 in order to respond to questions. *****THIS REQUIREMENT IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE***** This is a commercial acquisition. The Contractor shall provide one (1) Curing Batch Oven in accordance with the purchase specification attached hereto. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must obtain a DUNS number and be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and "active" CCR will result in an award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror. The solicitation will be issued on 07 March 2011. The Offer Due Date will be 29 March 2011. The entire solicitation will be made available only on FedBizOpps (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov. All current/future information about this acquisition, i.e. solicitation, amendments, purchase specification, and Q &A's will be distributed through FBO. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. Any questions concerning this requirement must be submitted in writing via email at least THREE WORKING DAYS prior to the closing date.
