- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center Fort Knox (MICC Center-Knox) intends to issue a request for proposals (RFP) for Medal Of Honor Award Cases and United States Flag Display Cases, resulting in a five year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This solicitation is set aside 100% Small Business (SB). NAICS 321920 (500 employees) applies to this procurement. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer. Product samples will be required to accompany offer submission. The solicitation will be posted to the MICC Center-Knox homepage at http://doc.knox.army.mil and the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov on or about 24 March 2011 with offers due on or about 26 April 2011. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on these websites. Contractors are cautioned to check these websites periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/ to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted.
