The Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS: 237110 Davis Bacon Strictly Enforced, "General Wage Decisions (Heavy & Highway - Section J Attachment 2) dated 03/12/2010 and (Building - Section J Attachment 3) dated 01/07/2011." Instructions: The contractor shall complete as part of offer and submit to SF 1442, Block 7 above the following documents: Section A, SF 1442 with completed Blocks #14, #15, #16 (if different than block 14) #17, #20a, #20b, #20c, and block #19 if amendments have been issued. An authorized official of the firm must sign the SF 1442. Block #20b. Section B, complete pricing information (CLINS & SUBCLINS). Section I, complete appropriate certifications in clauses 52.219-28, 52.223-3 and 252.223-7001. Section K, complete all appropriate and applicable Representations and Certifications. Notice to Offerors: No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either on or after the closing date. Bid Envelopes: Please attach an Option Form 17 to your bid envelopes. This may be obtained from the General Service Administration (Use Link Below). http://www.gsa.gov/portal/forms/download/0E07BBC27942972A852569B30083A175. Hard Copies of the solicitation will not be provided. The documents may be found and downloaded at: http//www.fbo.gov. Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation or associated documents must request in writing no later than ten (10) days prior to closing date. Site Visit Date: 4 Apr 11, 9:00am CST. Follow up with a call to the number listed below on the day prior to the schedule site visit to ensure Base access. Please arrive at least two hours prior to the schedule site visit at the Airman' Gate Visitor's Center located at Valley High off of Loop 410, in order to ensure access in timely manner. Meet at 802 CONS, 1655 Selfridge Ave. Bldg. 5450, Lackland AFB, TX 78236 before we go out to 9000 & 10000 Areas. An original Bid Bond per FAR Clause 52.228-1 must be with your Bid Package to be responsived. Five (5) sheets of as-builts are informational documents only.
