- Description
- This Contract Award Notice is a construction indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award task order contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair and construction services at two locations under the VA Southwest Veterans Integrated Service Network 18 for the Phoenix VA Healthcare System (PVAHCS) and the Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System (NAVAHCS). The award consists of general contractors NAICS Code 236220, $33.5M small business size standard, with a base period of approximately two calendar years, and three one-year option periods. The total contract period, including options, shall not exceed five (5) calendar years. The award action is zero dollars, and any individual task order award cannot exceed $10M, with the total of individual task orders placed against the contract not to exceed NTE $50M. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) Set-Aside as follows: CAT I being a SDVOSB set aside; CAT II being a VOSB set aside. SDVOSB Offers have been given no preference for CAT II. All companies who submitted proposals were required to have a current registration in VETBIZ.GOV and in CCR.GOV to be considered responsive.
