Description

Sole Source Synopsis/Solicitation The Air Armament Center, Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida, intends to solicit and award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for FEM HMX B/5 to BAE Ordinance Systems, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 325920, small business size standard: 750 people. Interested parties may submit their capabilities package to the email address below. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
