Description

The contractor shall prepare documentation in the form of a cycle memo (including the Control/Design Matrices) for the entire transaction cycle of HITECH payments in 2011, including the documentation of application systems and systems processing environments. Concurrence shall be obtained from the process owner(s). Walk-throughs shall be conducted, and the design of the controls shall be evaluated. Control gaps, if applicable will be identified and documented in the Control Deficiencies Log (CDL). Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) shall also be prepared to address deficiencies in the design of the controls
