Description

Provide janitorial and lawn maintenance services on recreation sites on the Blue Ridge Ranger District. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, services, and supplies to perform the services. District address is: Blue Ridge Ranger District, 2042 HWY 515 W., Blairsville, GA 30512. Services include the following sites: Dockery Lake Campground, Dockery Lake Day Use Area, Boggs Creek Campground, Woody Gap Day Use Area, Dicks Creek Recreation Area, Whissenhunt OHV Trailhead, Chestatee Overlook. Contract time is estimated at 240 days after contractor received Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost range between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This Solicitation AG-435H-S-11-0008 will be issued via FedBizopps as a Request For Quote, and will be available for downloading by March 25, 2011 at the following website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov All vendor are required to be registered in The Central Contractors Registration (CCR) prior to award of the contract, ( http://wwwccr.gov ). Pre-Bid meeting will be anounce later in the Solicitation.
