- This Solicitation has now been posted on www.FedConnect.net. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for Orchard services at the Charles A. Sprague and Provolt Seed Orchards located in the BLM Medford District in Oregon. The primary responsibility of the Orchard is to maintain healthy trees which produce a crop of seed used for reforestation purposes. Tasks will include inspection and repair of irrigation lines and cone treatments involving protection and harvest. The NAICS code is 113210. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net (paper copies are no longer available). The estimated issue date is March 16, 2011.
