- Description
- This contract action was not awarded as a fixed price type because uncertainties involved in contract performance did not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed price contract. As such, a cost-reimbursement type action was awarded (FAR 16.301-2). General Dynamics Information Technology (Fairfax, VA), NCI Information Systems (Reston, VA), and Science Applications International Corporation (McLean, VA) are being awarded a $892,000,000 multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide information systems engineering and information technology support services to the United States Army Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC) and its customers worldwide. TEIS III supports the full life cycle of ISEC projects to include planning, design, development, engineering, implementation, procurement, logistics, evaluation, test, sustainment, and ancillary services.
