- AMENDMENT 0001 DATED MARCH 23, 2011 THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO CLARIFY THE SOLE SOURCEANNOUNCEMENT TO INCLUDE THE ACQUISITION OF THE TERRASAR-X DATA(SATELLITE IMAGERY SCENES) WHICH WAS INADVERTENTLY LEFT OUT ON THETHE ORIGINAL POSTING. ======================================================== This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will beprepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, SanDiego-Pacific (SPAWAR San Diego/Pacific) intends to award a firm-fixed pricecontract to SPADAC INC. to provide refinements to the Open Source SoftwareImage Map (OSSIM) open source image processing software and to modify apreviously built Graphical User Interface (GUI) based on the OSSIM library.
