- The Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely, a firm fixed price contract, as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1 with the HACH Company for maintenance and calibration services on two HACH Particle Count Systems. Part number(s) HIAC HRLD-100 and HIAC HRLD-400. Period of performance is one (1) base year with two (2) option years. HACH Company is the only authorized provider of calibration services and repairs for these particle counters. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811219. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
