- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Virginia Beach Delineated Area: The delineated Area is within the Virginia Beach Central Business District. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,049 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,201 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Must meet local code. Parking Spaces (Surface): Must meet local code. Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Ten (10) Years Firm Term: Five (5) Years Additional Requirements: *The Government currently occupies space in Virginia Beach, VA, and the cost of a physical move, as well as the cost of new space alterations will be taken into consideration when determining whether or not relocation is economically advantageous. * Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: March 31, 2011 Occupancy (Estimated): November 9, 2011 Expressions of Interest shall include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square feet 3. Rental Rate per Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square foot 4. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 5.
