Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 22 Network Contacting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source with Paetec Communications, Inc. to provide continue coverage of the following services1-800 services, primary carrier for VISN 22 Computer Help Desk. Furthermore, it is the main carrier for Laguna Hills Community Outpatient Clinic. It is the intent of the Government's intent to negotiate with Paetec Communications for a period of three months of services. Authority applies when supplies or a service required by the agency is available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competition proposal, and no solicitation will be made available. All inquiries should be made within 7 days of this notice. All requests must be in writing via email brian.vanorman@.va.gov or fax 562-961-1378 to Brian Van Orman, Contracting Officer.
