- USPFO of Louisiana intends to award a sole source procurement to the Interstate Electrnic Systems, LLC 1521 Dickory Ave. New Orleans, LA 70123-3340. The award will be made for audio/video switch programming and additional control equipment for existing A/V setup in the Governor's Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP) Center for the Louisiana National Guard Tactical Command Post (TAC). This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 and FAR Part 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interstate Electronic Systems, LLC is the only known source that can satisfy the government's requirements. Please see attached J&A. All qualified sources must respond not later than 29 Mar, 1100 hours CST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
