PRON: AX1L0010, NSN: 1730-00-967-9556, P/N: DLAA17301251, NOUN: Tow Bar, Aircraft, Quantity: 200 each, 3 year IDIQ, MIN: 200 each, Max 600 each, applicable to C8, AGSE. Destination to be furnished. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. 'By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides is restricted to U.S. small businesses; therefore, foreign request for this solicitation will not be honored.' The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
