- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a sole source contract to Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., 2120 Washington Blvd, Ste 400, Arlington, VA 22204-5714 under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2) as implemented by FAR 6.302 for copier lease and maintenance services. This service will include 1,311 copiers for routine preventive maintenance; remedial maintenance services and parts; delivery of consumable supplies, including but not limited to such items as periodic or preventive maintenance kits, toner developer, dry ink, fuser oil and other copier supplies for the equipment except paper. The anticipated period of performance is for 1 year (includes a six month base and six – one month options). Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc is one of the current contractors providing services for IRS offices in various locations nationwide. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, all requests for the solicitation will be considered non-responsive. All Treasury contractors are required to register in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to execution of award. An award will be made to Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., within 5 days of this notice.
