This is a sole source direct contract award to GSE, Inc, a certified participant in the Small Business Administration's (SBA) 8(a) Business Development program. The procured environmental services include environmental compliance and baseline surveys to determine if contamination exists at specific facilities involved with the Army's Facilities Reduction Program (FRP).
