- Description
- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, (MICC) at Fort Polk Louisiana will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with intent to award a firm-fixed price 100% Small Business set-aside contract for technical surveillance training. The contractor shall provide three (3) to five (5) days of surveillance training, six (6) times during the period of performance of 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2012, for a total of 18 to 30 days for the Special Operations Training Division (SOTD). Locations of training will be either at Fort Polk, LA or Fort Irwin, CA, or if applicable, other approved training location. At the conclusion of each training iteration; students/trainees must be able to exhibit tactical and technical proficiency through written exams and practical exercises. Each student must be able to maintain a minimum of an 80% academic score for each of the focus areas (i.e. Technical Surveillance, surreptitious entry etc) for both written exams and practical exercises. The applicable NAICS code is 611420. Solicitation will be issued on or about 24 March 2011. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted and available for review and download at: http://www.jrtc-polk.army.mil/doc in addition to ASFI and FedBizOpps as no paper copies will be issued. Faxes are not authorized. Interested parties should review their Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code), be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) and Online Certification and Representation Application (ORCA). This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract. FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures will be used for this procurement. POC for this action is Kyle L.
