- Highway Disking - BLM Winnemucca District Office The Bureau of Land Management, Nevada State Office, has a requirement for Highway Fuel Break Disking along Highway 95, Highway 447, Highway 140, and Highway 290, in Humboldt and Washoe Counties of Nevada (BLM Winnemucca District). A competitive solicitation (#L11PS00248) will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for this project. Solicitation package will be available electronically on or about Thursday March 31, 2011. Please print the Standard form (SF)1449 and all clauses and attachments as no packages will be mailed out. Quotes will be due no later than 4pm on Friday April 15, 2011. Quotes and supporting documentation may be submitted electronically via Fed Connect (www.fedconnect.net), by email to k1fergus@blm.gov or by facsimile to 775-289-1812. If submitting hard copy packages they must be submitted to Bureau of Land Management, Ely District Office; Attention: Kim Ferguson, HC33 Box 33500, Ely, NV 89301. (By express or hand delivery to: 702 No. Industrial Blvd, Ely NV 89301) A firm fixed price award will be made based on Technical Capability, Past Performance and Price as identified in the Evaluation Criteria to be included in the complete solicitation package. This RFQ is a 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS classification is 115310 Support Activities for Forestry - Fuels Management Services. (Size standard is $17.5 in millions of dollars). The Government intends to award this contract on an all-or-none basis. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 31, 2011. Detailed information will be included in the Statement of Work. The solicitation and all associated attachments must be downloaded from the Fed Connect website: http://www.fedconnect.net No packages will be mailed out. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at http://www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation.
