- Solicitation and supporting documents will be posted on or about the 8 April 2011. Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to install copper and fiber optic cables, manholes, handholds and pedestals, terminate and splice copper and fiber lines and install equipment in building communications room, at Fort McCoy, WI. The proposed procurement is for small business set aside under NAICS 237130 with a corresponding small business size standard of $33.5 Million. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with Sealed Bidding of FAR Part 14. The IFB will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 8 April 2011 and will be due on 16 May 2011 (see solicitation for verification). A site visit is tentatively set up for 18 April at 1000hrs(see solicitation for verification). The magnitude of this project is between $5 Million and $10 Million.
