Description

NOTE: FORMERLY SOLICITED UNDER SPM7L311R0044. THE 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE WAS DISSOLVED AND PROCUREMENT IS NOW SOLICITED AS UNRESTRICTED WITH OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 2510-01-502-7721, for the approved sources Amtech LLC (0C8U3) P/N 1551-C and Attbar, Inc. (3WMP2) P/N HMV-1000-40C200. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a base year and 4 option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be unrestricted with other than full and open competition I/A/W 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The solicitation will be available on or about 04/08/11 at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Based on market research this item is a commercial item and will be solicited using FAR Part 12. ITEM DESCRIPTION FOR PR: IQC10293009014 CAP, TRUCK, MOUNTING.
