- Request for Quote for ISP Support Services George C. Marshall Center, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany has a requirement for ISP Support Services for the Ministries of Defense in the following countries: Armenia (Yerevan), Azerbaijan (Baku), Georgia (Tbilisi), Kazakhstan (Astana), Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek), Macedonia (Skopje), and Tajikistan (Dushanbe). The ISP support services are also required in the National Defense University in Ukraine (Kiev) and the Partner Training Center in Kazakhstan (Almaty). This requirement is being procured using best value tradeoff procedures considering 1) Technical Plan, 2) Experience, and 3) Past Performance. Factor 4, Price will also be considered. The Government anticipates awarding a FFP contract for the performance period of date of 01 June 2011 through 31 May 2012, with an option for up to four additional years of services. All prospective contractors must be registered in Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) and the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a contract. Foreign companies or individuals must first obtain a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) CAGE (NCAGE) code at http://www.ccr.gov/International.aspx. Additionally, contractors currently registered in CCR must update their registration annually. To register or update your company's D&B and CCR record, go to: http://www.ccr.gov/. More information regarding this requirement is contained in the attached Request For Quote - HQ0236-11-T-0007.
