- The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Midwest Region, intends to procure on a sole-source basis a contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 to ETS Electrofishing LLC, Verona, WI for backpack electrofishing units. ETS Electrofishing equipment is being used in continuing projects with the agency and partnering agencies and thus parts, and accessories manufactured by ETS Electrofishing LLC are only compatible with the same equipment. Standardized data collection equipment is required to develop accurate data set, share and compare data between the agency and partnering agencies. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive proposals.
