Description: The Marine Corps Air Station Miramar (San Diego, CA 92145) has a requirement for professional audio services and equipment in support of the 2011 MCAS Miramar Air Show. This is a small business setaside. To be responsive, submitting firms must provide a copy of their latest ORCA registration and provide CAGE and DUNS numbers, along with a turn-key price for the entire period of performance and a list of three previous events (with current POC information) of equal scope. Firms not previously providing (or bidding) Miramar Air Show sound, are encouraged to contact the Contracting Officer prior to April 1, 2011 to arrange an on-site visit. Please carefully read the SOW (attached) before contacting the Contracting Officer. Award criteria include past performance, ability to perform to the exact needs of the Government and price. A map of the Facility Grounds is available upon email request of the Contracting Officer. Please direct all map requests to George.Woerner@usmc.mil. Proposals are due on or prior to 1200N PST April 22, 2011 by email (George.Woerner@usmc.mil) or fax (858-577-1492). To be responsive, email packages must be less than 3mb in size. Questions about this requirement will be taken by EMAIL ONLY on or before 1200N April 13, 2011.
