- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation Number W91243-09-T-0009 is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ).This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-50. This is set-aside for small business. The NAICS Code is 517410. Please see attached RFQ for what is needed. Satellite service would need to start on April 14, 2011 through April 13, 2012. Clauses are included in the RFQ. Please either fax your pricing to the attention of Sandy Leach at 402-309-7549 or e-mail it to her at sandra.leach2@us.army.mil. Pricing is due no later than 10:00 am CDT on Tuesday, April 5, 2011.
