- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center is announcing its intent to issue a solicitation in accordance with the information in FAR Parts 12, and FAR 13 utilizing full and open competition to procure services for performance of Polygraph Examinations and Plethysmograph (PPG) Assessments. This request is for the prisoners who are in the Naval Consolidated Brig Miramar Sex Offender Treatment Program. The request for solicitation N00244-11-T-0160 will be posted at or around March 31, 2011. The solicitation will contain a complete statement of work requested. The applicable NAICS code is 561611; Business size standard in dollars is $12.5 million. This procurement is issued as restricted with a small business set-aside.
