- The following questions were asked concerning solicitation Number W922N2-11-R-0014. The questions and answers are the following: (1) What are the shipping requirements? Items individually wrapped for protection purposes, but bulk shipping is fine. (2) What would the quantity be and how often? Weekly production is 25 per week or 100 a month. The Government would need monthly deliveries of 100 Each. (3) Packaging - Are the Status Boxes to be wrapped in foam and individually packed in cardboard boxes or are they to be shipped in bulk in a crate? the items can be individually wrapped for protection purposes, but bulk shipping is fine. (4) We need more information on minimum/maximum requirements. The minimum quantities required would be 400 Each and the maximum is unknown. (5) Is there a requirement for labeling? Labeling on outside of box referencing contract number is sufficient. The above are all the questions that have been received to date for this requirement (W911N2-11-R-0014).
