- Description
- Work consists of but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to excavate and install gas shut off valves of various sizes at 26 locations per the solicitation drawings and specifications on mains in the natural gas distribution system on Grissom Air Force Reserve Base. Work will include excavation, installing valves, valve or curb boxes, and restoring the surrounding area by backfill, compact, grade, and finish all excavations to match surrounding grade (seeded or paved). The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. NAICS code will be 237120 with a small business size standard of $33,500,000. All responsible bidders must be CCR registered to be considered for award. The solicitation will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) on or about April 7, 2011 and can be accessed at WWW.fbo.gov. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring the FBO site for the solicitation package and other pertinent information and downloading their own copies.
