- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure the upgrade and warranty of Avenger Platform to Raider II Platform in support for INSCOM in the support of ISRA. The Govt intends to award a sole source contract for the above services to SystemWare, Inc, 6835 Deerpath Rd. Ste. 2, Elkridge, MD 21075. The Proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. DURATION: This requirement will be for the period of 30 April 2011 to 31 December 2011. All quotations received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
