- The Department of Veterans Affairs Philadelphia Hospital has a requirement for Transitional Housing Services. It's the VA's intention to solicit proposals on a competitive basis from 100% small business for a Firm-Fixed Price contract for up to 35 beds 365 day per year. The contract will include a base year (one year from date of award), with two (4) one-year renewal options that can be exercised at the option of the Government. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. NAICS is 623220, Size Standard $7.0 Million.
