Description

Seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business and Small Business contractor to provide Radiopharmaceuticals. The Department of Veterans Affairs Stratton VA Medical Center, Albany, New York has a requirement for radiopharmaceutical products on a unit dose basis, or otherwise specified, both diagnostic and theraputic, calibrated and delivered to the VA on date and time specified when the ordered is placed. Contractor will provide for the placement of one or more telephone delivery order (s) for items listed herein 24 hours per day, seven days a week, including holidays. Contractor must be licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and be regularly established in the business of providing radiopharmaceuticals for at least three (3) years. The facility location is 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208. The performance period is one year from the date of award with 2 option years. The procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 15. The NAICS code is 325412, and the size standard is 750 employees.
