- Description
- 1. This project is for repair of a transformer station by replacement. 2. The solicitation will result in a firm Fixd Price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. 3. The performance period is 200 calendar days, whereby a commencement time of 30 calendar days is included. 4. 30% of the work must be performed by the prime contractor. 5. The solicitation will be issued on or about 8 April 2011 and will also be available at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any uptdates/amendments. 6. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by RCO Grafenwoehr. 7. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law. (E.g. must have authorization to do business in Germany.) 8. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
