Attachment #3-Form 66 Attachement #5-FORM 3064 Attachment #4-Manas Design Standards Attachment #2-Drawings Attachment #1-SOW Solicitation The project shall consist of a renovation component and a construction component. In the office component, the current large food storage space shall be converted into an office and a food prep area. The new office shall include lighting, communication, HVAC and electrical modification. Not included in this project shall be the addition of furniture and communication equipment (TV, telephone and internet), although the contractor shall be responsible for installing the rough-in boxes for the Government Communications Squadron. In the food prep area new sinks shall be added including all plumbing. The construction phase of the project shall add a new open storage area and an expanded seating area. The expanded seating area shall leave the existing post and beam structure intact, although the existing exterior walls shall be removed. Three new exterior walls and roof shall enclose the expanded seating area as shown on the drawings. The open storage area shall be enclosed by the addition of a new west interior non-load bearing wall between two load bearing columns with two 2 meter, dual swing doors. This wall shall partition off the existing pot and pan storage area. 34 feet (10.4m) of the exterior wall on east side of the building, adjacent to the current open storage shall be demolished. The removed exterior wall shall expose the posts and beams. The old post and beam shall be painted and remain in place. A new exterior wall shall be built 20 feet (6.1m) parallel to the demolished wall. This new wall shall be built close to the existing manhole outside the DFAC as shown on the Drawings. The new wall shall be 50mm by 150mm metal stud construction. The roof line shall be extended and new side walls shall be added and shall bear on the new exterior wall. The extended roof, new east exterior wall and exterior side walls shall be new construction. The floor shall be cast in place concrete monolithic slab construction with perimeter footings. All roofing, ceiling, interior & exterior wall details, electrical,lighting, and mechanical components associated with a storage space extension shall be submitted by the Contractor to the Contracting Officer for approval. The current sidewalk shall be demolished and a new sidewalk, similar in design, shall route around the new building extension. The sidewalk is also part of this project. On the partition wall between the new office and the food prep area there are to be 3 windows. On the East end of the office there is one new window. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract. The Contractor shall conduct all work in a professional manner, in accordance with traditionally recognized construction practices and technique.
