Description

J&A Sole Source- Omni Hotel CNN Center Atlanta, GA This requirement is for the rental of audio visual equipment in support of the Worldwide Command Post Conference being held at the OMNI Hotel at CNN Center Atlanta, Georgia from March 27 to April 2, 2011. It is the business practice of the OMNI Hotel to provide all audio visual equipment in house. Since the equipment is provided exclusively by the hotel, no other contractor can provide required equipment. The audio visual support required for the Worldwide Command Post Conference at the OMNI Hotel consists of 2 projectors, 2 screens, and 3 microphones at a rate of $2,623 per day for 3 days (March 29-30, and April 1)
