Measures, English Turn to Belle Chasse, B/L Sta. 173+00 to B/L Sta. 314+00, Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana (ED-10-086) The work consists of clearing and grubbing the existing levee, placement compacted fill, pavement of the new levee crown with asphalt, installation of concrete curb on the levee crown, raising the Belle Chasse Ferry Ramp, realignment of existing access ramps, fertilizing, seeding and mulching all disturb areas and limits of the new earthen compacted fill, maintenance of access roads and other incidental work.
