Description

Under authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c ) (1), the VA's VISN 10 Contracting Officer intends to issue a sole source proposal to AlterG to provide an M320 Antigravity Treadmill to the Cleveland VA Medical Center, located at 10701 East blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106. Due to the proprietary nature of the treadmill and in an effort to maintain the standardization of equipment throughout the VA facilities, the VA believes that only one responsible source can provide the equipment necessary to satisfy the agency's requirements. The VA intends to solicit to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive proposals and solicitation packages are not available.
